Nose multi-layered; cassis, the macqui, eucalyptus as stated. In the mouth this is multi-layered - strong but fine tannins, lovely blackcurrant, herbs, graphite, damsons, black cherries and a very long, parallel flavoured finish. Plums, blackcurrant, sweet spice, cedar and a savoury under pin. Juicy, savoury, fleshy, tannins are restrained , flavours as per nose but fresher, wilder, pretty good.
