Alcohol Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Fair Trading (Guernsey) Ordinance. This means:
Consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in certain circumstances as set out by law, including where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet statutory requirements.
Proof of purchase may be required, but this can include a receipt, bank statement, or other evidence. If we have a record of your purchase, you do not need to provide a receipt. We may request proof only if there is doubt about the transaction.
Refunds will be provided using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to an alternative.
For distance sales (such as online purchases), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned in accordance with the Ordinance.
Any return, refund, or exchange will be processed in line with your statutory rights and is not solely at our discretion.
We will not impose any fee for processing a refund.
