Dry Rosé, made from Sangiovese and a dash of Merlot. The skins and juice remain in contact very briefly to ensure an attractive pale salmon colour. Long lasting and floral flavours, extremely well balanced, firm and crisp thanks to the Sangiovese. The Merlot provides subtle but persistent hints of ripe red fruits and berries. Pleasant and lingering finish.
Serve as an aperitif or with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, shellfish and grilled fish and goat cheese. Delicious with salad niçoise and paella.
