Dry, light and very fresh with clean, stone-fruit notes and a racy texture. Its modest booze content keeps it appetising to the last drop.
This is made from a blend of indigenous Spanish grape varieties such as Treixadeira, Palamino and Albariño. There is no oak used at any stage in its production as it is an intentionally delicate wine and the crisp fruit flavours are paramount – oak would not help in these circumstances.
This zingy fresh white is a perfect match – modestly priced enough for fish and chips, but high-grade enough for fresh crab salad.
