Bright lemon with gold hues in color. In the nose are marked aromas of white pulp fruits and floral notes, with subtle hints of caramel. On the palate this is a fresh wine, with a pleasant acidity and good persistence.
It’s a well-liked aperitif and good for naturally oily and/or white meats: duck, pork, lamb, salmon; the simpler their cooking, the better. It’s ideal to serve with creamy pastas and the following cheeses: mild Cheddar, Gruyere, goats cheese, Parmesan and Provolone.
