Bright, golden yellow colour. On the nose, it is harmonious and subtle between ripe fruit and vanilla notes. It is perfectly assembled, in the mouth it is a long with berries and ripe fruits, grapefruit and sour apple, fleshy marked by floral aromas that envelop the mouth giving a spicy flower (orange blossom, honeysuckle) in combination with the primary aromas of the grape itself making it perfectly balanced, fresh, persistent and elegant.
It goes perfectly with any Galician cuisine dish: Grilled or Galician-style fish in a casserole, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses, etc.
