Winemaking
Using a blend of whole-bunch pressed and de-stemmed grapes gives this wine the perfect balance of texture and elegance. Cool fermentation in stainless steel and no malolactic fermentation retains the naturally crisp and fresh character of this cool-climate Chardonnay.
