Alcohol Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Fair Trading (Guernsey) Ordinance. This means:

• Consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in certain circumstances as set out by law, including where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet statutory requirements.
• Proof of purchase may be required, but this can include a receipt, bank statement, or other evidence. If we have a record of your purchase, you do not need to provide a receipt. We may request proof only if there is doubt about the transaction.
• Refunds will be provided using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to an alternative.
• For distance sales (such as online purchases), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned in accordance with the Ordinance.
• Any return, refund, or exchange will be processed in line with your statutory rights and is not solely at our discretion.
• We will not impose any fee for processing a refund.
